Pastor Earl Anderson III was born on December 26, 1979 in Jacksonville, Florida to his great parents Earl and Deloris Anderson. He is a proud graduate of Andrew Jackson High School of Duval County. Pastor Earl wed his beautiful and lovely wife, Lady Tequilla on October 23, 2010 and they are the proud parents of three handsome young men.

When Pastor Earl was 18 years of age God spoke to him and said I want you to leave your family church (L.R.H.O.P) where he worked on the music ministry as a drummer, and take your gifts and talents to Beulah Missionary Baptist Church where they had never had a permanent drummer. So, after consulting with his father, mother, grandfather, and grandmother, he made one of the biggest decisions of his young life, and that was to leave his family church, “the known” and go to a place he had never been Beulah Baptist “the unknown; where he served for 10 years under the leadership of Pastor Anthony Willis and Dr. Patricia Willis.

Pastor Earl faithfully served his Pastor diligently working in any capacity that was needed in ministry. His service in ministry at LRHOP included but was not limited to: being a drummer; Sunday School teacher; a youth leader; a praise leader, as well as many other commitments that fashioned the leader he is today. 

To the guidance and wisdom handed down from his natural parents, Pastor Earl and First lady Deloris Anderson, Pastor Earl is also forever grateful to his grandmother Elouise Anderson for investing time, love, and wisdom that helped solidify his spiritual foundation. As their role of natural and spiritual parents, they birthed Pastor Earl into ministry. The wealth of knowledge and insight gained during his time at Little Rock House of Prayer Church exceeds any formation of words that one could even attempt to express.

In April 2017 God allowed Pastor Earl E Anderson III and Lady Tequilla  Anderson to birth out this amazing ministry “Beyond the Walls Outreach Ministries Inc.” The best is yet to come…

God has favored Pastor Earl and Lady Tequilla with great men and women of God. These men and women have instructed, guided, trained, and poured life principles and wisdom into their lives. This has empowered them to go forth, winning souls in love for the glory of God.

 First Lady Anderson is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman. She’s a faithful servant to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, loving and devoted wife for 10 grateful  years, a dedicated mother to three handsome young men. Pastor Tequilla followed the vision that God gave her husband, in the birthing of Beyond the Walls Outreach Ministries, Inc. She began fulfilling every duty necessary during this birthing season. In addition to her walking  along side her husband, she efficiently helps to manage the church’s business, and is always willing to assist in any capacity. Her role as a first lady is like none other. She is a down to earth and balanced woman of God. She just doesn’t sit around and wait to be waited on; she will help out where ever help is needed. 

Pastor Tequilla exemplifies the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, which is found in Matthew 28: 18-20. She is blessed with a spirit of Excellence, Commitment and Integrity, believing that God will get the Glory out of her life as long as she continues to be in Christ.
